🧴 Return and Exchange Policy

At Peregrino Nacional, we value transparency and customer satisfaction, following the guidelines of the Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8.078/90). As these are direct-use and professional-grade products, our return and exchange conditions follow specific rules.

🕒 1. Right of Withdrawal (Art. 49 of the CDC)

Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the order, provided the product is sealed, unused, and in perfect condition.

To exercise this right, please contact our team within the period through the channels below.

⚠️ Important: Products that are opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for a refund, as they become unsuitable for resale. If the customer still wishes to return the product after opening or using it, they may do so, but without a refund, and the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense.

⚙️ 2. Exchanges for Manufacturing Defects

If the product shows a manufacturing defect, leakage, or damage, the customer may request:

  • Exchange for the same product;
  • Full refund of the amount paid;
  • Store credit for a future purchase.

The period to report a defect is up to 30 calendar days after receipt. All products undergo technical evaluation, and once the defect is confirmed, replacement or refund will be made at no additional cost to the customer.

🚫 3. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Granted

  • Product opened, used, or tampered with;
  • Product without its original packaging;
  • Product damaged due to misuse or improper storage;
  • Requests made after the 7-day legal period;
  • Returns made without prior communication with our team.

💳 4. Shipping Costs

  • In cases of exchange for confirmed defect, shipping costs are covered by Peregrino Nacional;
  • In cases of withdrawal, voluntary return, or return without refund, shipping costs are covered by the customer.

📦 5. How to Request

To request an exchange or return, please provide the following information:

  • Order number;
  • Full name and CPF (Brazilian ID);
  • Reason for the request;
  • Photos or videos of the product (in case of defect).
